Whether you are planning a traditional celebration or less formal wedding we have extensive experience in working in with function managers and from running sheets to ensure your experience is completely free of stress and anxiety.
The instrumental Trio is most appropriate for sophisticated and atmospheric background music but if dancing is anticipated we recommend adding our vocalist for later in the evening to get everyone moving!
Where Modern Pop (top 40) music is required for a late dance set some clients choose to book Orlando Combo for the first 3 hours and then engage a DJ for the end. Alternatively clients can provide CD music of their choice which can be played through the band's PA system either as set break music or for a dance set. This option is also ideal if a set of Greek/Italian/Jewish etc. cultural music is important for dancing but where a Jazz band is still appropriate for the majority of the function.
On request Orlando Combo can use an 'acoustic/mobile' set up that is perfect for a pre-dinner drinks set as your guests arrive (either outdoors or in a foyer) or is also ideal for wedding ceremony music. We can work in with your celebrant to enhance the atmosphere by entertaining your guests as they arrive, playing during the break for the signing of the register and then again at the end.
